Coating

There are typical operations, which comprise a coating process. These operations or coating processes are pre-dusting, battering, breading and frying sometimes followed by oven cooking. Each operation has a specific reason and all contribute to the product weight (pick-up) or yield.

FMT supplies a full and extensive range of machines for coating of products like meat, fish, poultry, potatoes or vegetable products.

Standard wire mesh belt widths are 400, 600 and 1000 mm.

Preduster
